The incorporation of a wide range of fully synchronised operating frequencies combined with an LED beacon ensures that the VTB is ideal for many applications, in particular, those where compliance with the Disability and Discrimination Act is required. The addition of AFNOR, DIN and other popular European tones means that the VTB is suitable for use throughout Europe.

Tone and volume are selected via DIL switches on the PCB. If required, the use of a third wire enables a second stage alarm to be switched in to override that selected tone.

Standard on all VTB products is a universal locking system. Using an industry standard grub screw, VTB products may be locked in place, making VTB fully compliant with the latest requirements of BS 5839 and EN 54 standards.
